How To Increase Circulation During Your Workouts And Burn More Fat

Simply breaking down fat cells is not enough to maximize fat loss. You see, fat cells aren’t burned at the same location where they are disassembled.

The truth is that fat cells must travel before they are oxidized into nothing. Thus, increasing the power of your circulatory system is vital for maximum weight loss.

So here is how to lose more weight by increasing blood flow:

1. Stress your heart: But stress it in a good way with some cardio. Now please don’t think you have to go out and run a marathon because this can actually cause more damage than good. Instead, opt for small sessions of high intensity cardio spread throughout your week.

2. Track progress: You should consider tracking the progress you make with regards to blood flow. Blood cholesterol levels and heart rate are two great parameters to begin tracking. Both indicate how healthy your blood flows throughout your body.

3. Watch your emotions: The research is clear here-emotions aren’t just in your head. In fact, your emotional state migrates to your entire body in the form of hormonal secretions and decreased immunity. Thus, you have to learn how to manage anger, hostility, stress and depression. All of these can decrease your ability to maintain healthy arteries.

4. Modify your diet: There are foods that help your body increase blood flow by promoting arterial health. One such food is olive oil which does a great job at reducing arterial inflammation. And less inflamed arteries translate into better blood flow.

5. Sleep deeply: The deeper the sleep the better. For reasons currently unknown, poor sleep leads to circulatory system aging. So make sure you are getting long and deep sleep every night. Doing so will keep that blood flowing at full speed.
